As some may notice there are green buoys all around Club Penguin Island. You can find this topic in Issue #122 of the Club Penguin Times. Most of them were found, except for Buoy #2 and 4. Well guess what! I solved the mystery. There are 8 buoys in all. Here are the buoys and where you can find them:
Buoy #1: In level 3 of Jet Pack Adventure
Buoy #2: In Aqua Grabber (its all the way to the left)
Buoy #3: Also in level 3 of Jet Pack Adventure
Buoy #4: Can be found at Mission 3 and/or in Mission 4 (at the lighthouse)
Buoy #5: The last buoy seen in level 3 of Jet Pack Adventure
Buoy #6: At the Beach (cannot be seen now because of the Save The Migrator junk)
Buoy #7: In the lighthouse
Buoy #8: Also in the lighthouse
